1. Who sells

Each store on Opera Live Shop belongs to its seller (an app built on Opera Signal or a seller of that app). The seller is responsible for the products, their description, price, stock, delivery, invoices and after-sales. Opera provides the platform: catalogue, checkout, payment processing through licensed payment providers, and order records.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by the payment provider chosen for the store's country (for example Stripe, Mercado Pago or dLocal). Opera does not store card data. Prices include the taxes the seller declares; shipping is shown before payment.

3. Fees

On each paid order Opera keeps a platform fee and the app where the live happened may receive a share; when the sale came from a host's live, the host may receive a commission. These are percentages of the items after discounts, agreed with the seller; the buyer never pays them on top of the price.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Buyers in Brazil may withdraw from an online purchase within 7 days of receipt (Consumer Defence Code, art. 49). Refunds go back through the same payment method. The seller handles exchanges and warranty under the law of the buyer's country.

5. What can be sold

Only products allowed by the policy below. Restricted products are reviewed before sale and may require a registration number (ANVISA, ANATEL, INMETRO, MAPA) or a licence; age-restricted products are sold only to adults and are never shown in a live. Prohibited products are removed and repeated attempts suspend the store.

6. Reporting a product

Write to the app where you saw the live, or to Opera Signal support, with the product link. Opera may remove products and suspend stores that break these terms or the law.

What can be sold

Every product belongs to one category. Allowed categories are published right away. Restricted ones are reviewed by Opera before they go on sale (some need a registration number). Prohibited ones are refused. Some categories may be sold in the store but never shown in a live.
